Mill Creek
In 1986, 900 acres in Eastern Manatee County were purchased with the vision of creating a community with a rural ambience of larger than average home sites with raising families in mind. The property on State Road 64, just 4 miles East of I-75 ensured an easy commute to Sarasota, St. Petersburg, not just hometown Bradenton.

Mill Creek opened for sales in January 1987 with 90 lots in Phase I and as they say "the rest is history". It quickly became evident that the lifestyle offered at Mill Creek was very desirable to families desiring a more tranquil home life.
The Mill Creek community has thrived since 1987 with our residents being our greatest sales impetus.

Although Mill Creek is complete today and home to approximately 1,000 families, this popular, tranquil lifestyle is currently available in our other communities of Twin Rivers and Winding River.
