A: You may build now or build later.

Preferred Builders". Maintaining and staffing model homes

Q: Are there deed restrictions in Mill Creek?

protected by the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions,
Easements and Restrictions" as recorded in Manatee County
Public Records.
Q: Are there restrictions concerning commercial
vehicles, boats, motor homes, etc.?
A: Yes, any commercial vehicle, boat, travel trailer,
motor home or similar vehicle must be garaged.
